50 Kw Plasma Arc Flow Mobile Refinery
100 Kw Plasma Arc Flow Mobile Refinery
A view of the automatic and remote controls of the above MagneGas Recycler manufactured by a sophisticated Italian electronic firm. Following connection to a tank of the selected liquid waste, operations are completely automatic with several automatic shut-off in the event of any malfunction, with remote communication to technicians including via internet connection so as not to require continuous supervision.
A view of the 50 Kw MagneGas Recyclers on a trailer for distributors to conduct test processing of liquid waste in location and secure approval from local environmental authorities prior to industrial production of Recyclers.
A bi-fuel Ford Contour SE 2000 currently in California. The car was produced to run on gasoline/natural gas, and proved to runs also on MagneGas in place of natural gas without structural changes. A view of the measurements of the combustion exhaust of the Ferrari 308 GTSi converted to operate with MagneGas fuel without catalytic converter showing: 14.6% breathable oxygen in the exhaust; 3 HC originating from engine oil seepage through valves and piston rings, but not from MagneGas; 4.2% CO2; and 0.05% CO due to insufficient ignition since CO is fuel for MagneGas. Under an ideal combustion, MagneGas exhaust is generally composed of about 50% water vapor, 12%-14% breathable oxygen, 4%-6% carbon dioxide, and the rest is composed of atmospheric gases.
A view of MagneGas refueling station. Note that the refueling from pressure tanks is instantaneous and much faster than that of gasoline. Also, gasoline is, by far, the most dangerous fuels used by mankind because it spills and explodes at the slightest spark. By comparison, MagneGas is gas lighter than air and, in case of leaks it rapidly rises in air. Also, all combustible "gases" burn fast in air but do not explode. Another certification of the MagneGas Technology, the absence of any radiation emitted by the Recyclers. In particular, MagneGas Recyclers release no gaseous, liquid or solid substance in the environment and cause no noise or odor pollutions, thus qualifying for use in urban environments to produce MagneGas whenever and wherever needed.
