Metal Cutting and Welding Gas
MagneGas is the new GREEN metal cutting and welding fuel. Independent users report that the gas cuts cleaner, faster and better with little or no slag. MagneGas produces higher quality cleaner cuts with narrower kerf, less slag, no top edge rollover and a smaller heat affected zone.

MagneGas Refineries
MagneGas™ custom builds recyclers to the specification of its customers. Products range from a 50KW unit that produces MagneGas for a metal cutting shop up to a 1 megawatt plant capable of processing various liquid waste in high volume. "Total" mode recyclers for the processing of oil based liquid waste and the maximization of fuel production are available in various configurations via direct sales. All other recyclers such as those to process sewage, sludge or manure require the purchase of a 50kw or 100kw TEST unit to conduct all onsite testing after which time an Industrial high volume unit can be constructed to exact specifications. The test unit will be used to conduct onsite liquid testing to ensure local regulatory approval prior to the construction of the industrial mode. The purchase of a test demonstration unit also includes distribution rights for the technology for the local area. Plasma Arc Flow recyclers are custom built to the specification required by the customer and local regulatory authorities.

The recyclers are divided into three different types:
I) "Total Recyclers" that are intended for the maximum conversion of liquid to fuel. The waste is converted into MagneGas and a carbon deposit that is under development for the production of electrodes or other uses.
II) "Linear Recyclers" that are intended for the sterilization of bio-contaminated liquid wastes (such as city or ship sewage) via its single passage through one or more electric arcs. This results in the production of MagneGas, carbon precipitates, plus sterilized liquid that can be processed further via industrially available filters and other systems to produce final effluent as clean as requested by local environmental requirements.
III) "Total-Linear Recyclers" for the processing of farm manure and ship or city sludge via their treatment in the Total Mode until the entire liquid is sterilized and its solid content is carbonized. The liquid is then processed in the Linear Mode for the removal of carbonized solids and completes other processes as may be required by local environmental authorities. This process results in MagneGas, carbon precipitants plus sterilized liquid that can be processed further via industrially available filters and other systems to produce final effluent to meet local environmental requirements.
